1. Introduction and General Provisions:
Welcome to the Online website of MOJO Beauty Salon Company (OPC).
The following are the terms and conditions related to the use and access of the pages of the ‘ MOJO Beauty Salon Company (MOJO Salon)’ Website. The words and expressions used in this agreement have the meanings defined as follows:
1.1 ”The Website“: It refers to wherever mentioned in the agreement as “MOJO Beauty Salon Company (MOJO Salon)” Website. This includes all pages, links, tools, applications, and features stemming from the site and related to the services provided by MOJO Beauty Salon Company as an integral part of Website.”
1.2 “The Company or MOJO Company” is MOJO Beauty Salon Company
1.3 “Customer”: means the person requesting the service from the “Website”.
1.4 “The agreement” Refers to the terms and conditions of use MOJO Beauty Salon Company`s online website, encompassing all provisions and conditions outlined for the client, governing and regulating the client’s use of MOJO Beauty Salon Company (MOJO Salon) website.”
– The client acknowledges and agrees that their use of the website constitutes explicit and clear acceptance, indicating that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this agreement, and the manner in which they use the site. It is considered explicit acceptance from them of the terms and conditions of this agreement, and their compliance with them, being of full legal capacity both religiously and legally.
– Additionally, the client’s use of the website is considered explicit acknowledgment of her commitment and compliance with all the terms and conditions of the agreement, as well as all terms and conditions specific to MOJO Beauty Salon Company. The client is aware that, in the case of choosing the approval condition, the provisions and conditions of the agreement are deemed effective against the client.

2. Registrations Terms:
2.1 To be of legal age (which is 18 years old) in order to purchase products and book services. The website reserves the right to cancel the account of any member who is not yet 18 years old without notice, with a commitment to settle their financial accounts upon account closure.
2.2 To be able to provide an address in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the delivery of products or home services.
2.3 No person is allowed to use the site if their membership has been canceled by MOJO Beauty Salon Company.
2.4 In the event that any user registers as a business entity, their commercial entity is bound by all the terms and conditions stated in this agreement.
2.5 Every person using the website must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations governing electronic commerce (e-commerce)
The client acknowledges and agrees that, in the event of proving her violation of clause (2.5) above, MOJO Beauty Salon Company’s Website has the right to cancel any purchase or sale orders, or any transactions made by the client. In this case, the client acknowledges and agrees that she bears no responsibility on the Website or MOJO Beauty Salon Company.
3. Customer Obligations:
When using or accessing the services, you agree to the following:
3.1 Taking responsibility for maintaining privacy, restricting access to her account, and using her account and password. She agrees to bear responsibility for all activities conducted under her account and password.
3.2 Agreeing to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of the password, her account, or any other breach of the secure usage standards of the website.
3.3 Providing complete, true, accurate, and current information about herself and her use of the services as specified by us.
3.4 Not disclosing to third parties (except as required or specified by us) the user information provided to her.
3.5 Cooperating with requests from us to obtain additional information regarding her eligibility and use of our services.
3.6 She is not allowed to use the website services and engage in activities that violate the regulations and laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as well as any other government entities authorized to supervise and monitor local trade services and e-commerce regulations and provisions. In the event of proven violation, the client places herself within the scope of legal and personal responsibility, acknowledging her full legal responsibility. It is also acknowledged that no legal liability is incurred by the website or MOJO Beauty Salon Company.
3.7 The client acknowledges that if her violations are proven, MOJO Beauty Salon Company has the right to take all legal actions against her and demand compensation for any damages incurred.
3.8 Any of the following symptoms must be disclosed before providing Bath, Massage, or Henna tattoo services: Heart diseases, chronic diseases (asthma, blood pressure, etc.), skin diseases, respiratory diseases, epilepsy, osteoporosis, herniated disc, allergy to dogs (for engraving service), others.
If disclosure is not provided before performing the service, then the customer takes a full responsibility of the symptom worsens and the company is not responsible for any issues in this case.
4. General Terms:
4.1 We reserve the right to refuse to provide the service for any reason and at any time we deem appropriate.
4.2 You must understand that your data (excluding your credit card information) may be transferred without encryption and may be subject to:
- Transfer between different networks on the internet,
- Modifications for adaptation and adjustment to the technical requirements of networks or connected devices. However, credit card information is always encrypted before being transferred online.
4.3 You cannot reuse, reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the services or site content. You may not use the service, access the service, or retrieve data from any site users without obtaining written permission from us.
4.4 The terms used in this agreement are included as examples only, and these terms are not limited to or affected by them.
5. Privacy Policy:
We are aware of our responsibility to protect your personal information, and we take this matter very seriously. We acknowledge that your personal information is one of our most important assets. We store and process your personal information through our servers, which are protected by high-security devices and software.
6. Registration / Personal Account:
6.1 The registration process includes the information (your personal information) you provide us to complete your reservations and purchase transactions and also to contact you.
6.2 You must accept our use and updating of your personal information to manage the registration process and control the confidentiality of your identity during the process of following up on the delivery of the purchase order and electronic payment.
6.3 The information you provide during the registration process is protected data according to the privacy terms mentioned earlier.
6.4 Your personal information forms part of your own record for your transactions with our services.
6.5 If you use our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your personal account and password, as well as preventing access to your personal device. You are thus responsible for all operations executed through your personal account using the password.
6.6 The website does not bear any responsibility towards any person for any loss or damage that may arise due to the lack of protection of your password or any other information related to your personal account.
6.7 If there is suspicion of any suspicious activity in your personal account, please notify us immediately through any official means mentioned on the website’s ‘Contact Us’ section.

By agreeing to use the website and our electronic services, you hereby consent to receiving our electronic messages in all forms, including emails, periodic newsletters, and notifications announced on the website.

8. Products Or Services:

However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile screen will display any of the colors with the required accuracy. Considering that the image or appearance of the product may differ in reality from what is available on the website due to changes made by manufacturers to their products from time to time. We reserve the right, without obligation, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person or geographic region, and we will take this right based on our judgment. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services we offer. All product specifications and prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time, and any offers for any product or service will not be valid if discontinued. We cannot guarantee that the quality of any of our products, services, information, or other merchandise you purchase from us will meet your expectations, or that any errors in our services will be corrected.
9. HOME SERVICE TERMS & CONDITIONS
9.1 The service is provided exclusively for ladies, and the service will not be delivered to the client unless there is a lady present at the service location. If the designated lady for the service is not present, the visit will be considered provided, and in this case, MOJO Beauty Salon Company will not be held responsible for any compensation or refund.
9.2 It is required to deal with the service provider in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and the labor regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
9.3 If MOJO Beauty Salon Company is unable to provide the service provider at the client’s location for any reason, compensation will be provided. The service will be rescheduled based on the client’s availability, and the date will be mutually agreed upon by both parties.
9.4 The client is responsible for the specified location during the booking, and any other location will only be considered if the client notifies MOJO Beauty Salon Company at least one day before the reservation via customer service at 966551122972 through WhatsApp or direct call.
9.5 The client is responsible for receiving the service provider at the specified time according to the booking and at the same location designated during the reservation.
9.6 The service is considered provided upon the arrival of the service provider at the location, and there will be no refund if the service provider is not received at the specified time and location.
9.7 The client is responsible for protecting their belongings and valuables from damage or loss, and MOJO Beauty Salon Company will not be held responsible if this condition is not adhered to. There will be no compensation, and issues will be handled according to the laws applicable in the Kingdom. The responsibility remains with the service provider or the client until further legal notice.
9.8 The client is responsible for the service provider during the visit and after receiving her. A representative from MOJO Beauty Salon Company will be present at the agreed-upon location to collect the service provider, and she will not be allowed to leave the agreed-upon location for any reason before the company’s representative arrives at the end of the specified time.
9.9 The client is fully responsible for providing an area for preparing the service tools for the service provider.
9.10 Monetary gifts are not allowed to be presented to the service provider for any reason.
9.11 The client is responsible for paying the total booking amount in advance.
9.12 MOJO Beauty Salon Company has the right to adjust booking prices according to changes imposed by the government, such as taxes or other government fees.
9.13 After the service provider arrives at the location, the client cannot modify the booked service without the approval of MOJO Beauty Salon Company. Additionally, any change is subject to the availability of a specialist for the selected service. The price difference for a postponed service will be retained without the possibility of a refund.
9.14 The service provider will perform the paid services as booked, and no unpaid services will be provided unless the client decides to add a service requiring payment through the payment device or bank transfer.
9.15 The client is not allowed to move the service provider to any third party, or use the service provider for others, or relocate her from the agreed-upon location. Violation of this clause gives the company the right to terminate the service without compensation to the client.
9.16 In case of a breach of any terms and conditions, or in the event of an assault or harassment against the service provider, MOJO Beauty Salon Company has the right to terminate the service without consulting the client. The client cannot claim compensation, while the company reserves the right to file a legal suit in the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia if necessary.
10. Cancelation or Modification of Services at Branches or Home Services:
10.1 For services in Branches: Cancellation or modification of the reservation is allowed without charges at least 6 hours before the scheduled time. 25% of the service value will be deducted if you cancel or modify the appointment within (6) hours before the service time or if you are not present when the service is provided at the specified time – delay is allowed for a maximum period of only 15 minutes from the service booked time, after 15 mins the reservation is considered as cancelled status.
10.2 For Home Services: Cancellation or modification of the reservation is allowed without charges at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. The full amount will be deducted, and the amount cannot be refunded if the appointment is canceled or modified within (24) hours before the appointment time or if the service provider is not received at the specified time and location.
10.3 The customer’s reservation value or remaining amounts will be added to the customer’s wallet after cancellation for later use within a maximum period of 6 months.
10.4 If the customer wishes to switch the appointment to another time, the availability of the new appointment is reviewed.
10.5 If a new appointment is not available and the customer does not wish to keep the amount in their wallet, a refund will be processed within 10 to 45 working days.
10.6 In case of booking for hair length that does not match the approved lengths, or any service require evaluation for price, the price difference will be calculated before performing the service.
10.7 The value of the packages is not refundable or exchangeable after the validity period that mentioned in the invoice.
11. Modifying an Order:
If the customer wants to modify the order after creating it on the website, they can use one of the following communication channels:

12. Products:
12.1 Shipping Policy:
12.1.1 Your order will be shipped within one to two business days from order confirmation.
12.1.2 Delivery time ranges from 1-7 business days from order shipment.
12.1.3 We will make every effort and care necessary to deliver the order within the specified timeframe, noting that the mentioned deadlines are approximate.
12.1.4 Upon receiving your order, an email will be sent to you containing the purchase order number.
12.1.5 When the order is shipped, an email will be sent with the shipment number, and you can track the shipment through the shipping company’s website.
12.1.6 For products with a value less than 300 SAR, a shipping fee of 28 SAR is applicable, subject to adjustment according to the shipping policy.
12.1.7 If the total purchase amount is more than 300 SAR, shipping is free.
12.2 Cancellation Policy:

12.2.2 If the order has been shipped:
Shipping information cannot be modified or canceled once the shipment is handed over to the delivery company.
12.3 Return and Exchange Policy:

12.3.1 Mojo Beauty Salon Company covers the shipping fees in case of return or exchange under the following conditions:
– If damage is confirmed in the product.
– If the product sent to the customer is not in accordance with the ordered product.
Returned or exchanged goods meeting the above conditions will be processed within 5 days from the date the buyer receives the goods. The refunded amount will be returned via a bank transfer within 10 to 30 working days from MOJO Beauty Salon Company’s receipt of the returned goods, ensuring their safety.
12.3.2 The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the case of return or exchange under the following conditions:
– If the buyer decides not to keep the product or chooses to exchange it for another.
– In this case, please return the purchased goods within 3 days from the date of receiving them. The refund will be processed by bank transfer within 10 to 30 business days after confirming their safety.
– In case of replacement, it will be of equal value to the returned goods. If the same product is unavailable, the credit will be stored in the customer’s account for purchasing any other product within 6 months or directly buying an alternative product.
12.3.3 Cases exempted from return or exchange include:
– Products with damaged original packaging, alterations to their original condition in any form, usage, or improper storage.
– Goods that have been pre-assembled based on the customer’s request.
– All products are eligible for return and exchange except for those marked with a non-returnable and non-exchangeable condition.
13. The Products and Customer Reviews:
Customers who submit reviews for products or services to MOJO Beauty Salon Company provide full rights and permissions for their reviews to be reposted in newsletters, marketing materials, or on the website without requiring explicit approval, based on their consent to submit the review.
14. Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards:
14.1 Gift cards are obtained digitally, either through MOJO Beauty Salon Company Branches or the Website, and are issued in a “non-printed” format.
14.2 The validity period of the gift card is two months from the date of purchase.
14.3 The gift card is valid for the intended recipient and cannot be shared with another person.
14.4 The value of the gift card cannot be refunded after purchase.
14.5 Gift cards for services can be exchanged for similar services of equal or higher value.
14.6 The type of card can be specified for specific services or a specific monetary value.
14.7 Payment is processed through approved payment channels on the website or via bank transfer.
14.8 Gift cards can be used for all products or services available on the website or at the branches.
15. Modification of Services and Prices:
15.1 We reserve the right to change the prices of our products at any time without prior notice. Additionally, we retain the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time (or any part of the website’s content) without prior notice and whenever we deem it appropriate.
15.2 We will not be liable to you or any other party for any legal accountability due to any modifications or changes in prices, suspension, or discontinuation of the service.
15.3 All product and service prices include Value Added Tax (VAT).
16. Payment:
16.1 The website provides the option to purchase products or services online and make the required payment through the internet or by visiting the salon, depending on the available shipping and delivery service in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. All cash transactions and payments, including licenses and financial obligations, must be in Saudi Riyals or the equivalent in currencies.
16.2 Our payment system includes various methods/forms of payment:
16.2.1 For in-salon payments: We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash or pay using Tabby and Tamara.
16.2.2 For online payments: We accept payment through credit cards issued by Saudi banks only, debit cards through our banking service provider’s electronic gateway, or via Apple Pay,
Or Splits with Tabby and Tamara Applications, gift cards, and loyalty points.
16.3 In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen upon successful payment. We are not responsible if the payment is rejected or canceled by the credit card service provider for any reason. You should contact the credit card provider to determine the reason for rejection.
16.4 We do not store your credit card information on the website.
16.5 All information and details entered through the electronic payment are encrypted for security purposes. Correspondence exchanged to and from the service provider’s site is also encrypted.
16.6 We do not disclose any payment information submitted through the website to other companies or individuals unless requested by a legal authority. These details are handled by our payment officer.
16.7 You must ensure that the information related to the credit card used for electronic services payment is accurate, valid, and complies with legal accuracy. Additionally, you should use a credit card that legally belongs to you.

16.10 If we are unable to fulfill the order or a part of it, we will inform you directly. A full or partial refund will be processed to the credit card used for the purchase within 10 working days from the date of purchase.

MOJO BEAUTY SALON COMPANY reserves the right to charge the customer for the service fee in case of an incomplete or rejected transaction.
17. Terms and Conditions of Tabby and Tamara:
17.1 Payment using Tabby or Tamara is available in the MOJO Branches or On the Website.
17.2 Payment Using Tabby or Tamara is available for All Products.
17.3 The client can split the total amount into 4 Splits without any fees or Benefits when paying using Tabby or Tamara.
17.4 To take benefits from payment via Tabby or Tamara, the minimum invoice amount should be 300 SAR on the website and 500 SAR in the branches.
17.5 Products purchased using Tabby or Tamara cannot be refunded in cash or via gift cards. Returns are handled through Tabby or Tamara.
17.6 MOJO BEAUTY SALON COMPANY’s return and exchange policy applies when purchasing using Tabby or Tamara.
17.7 MOJO BEAUTY SALON COMPANY will not be liable for any obligations or claims of any kind that the client may face, which may be related to the client’s account or payment in the Tabby or Tamara application.
17.8 For technical issues in the Tabby or Tamara application or website, please contact Tabby or Tamara customer service.
17.9 Combining the payment option of Tabby or Tamara with any other payment option is not allowed. If Tabby or Tamara is selected as the payment method, the invoice amount must be paid in full using Tabby or Tamara only.
17.10 The invoice amount may be divided into 4 unequal installments based on the client’s credit history and credit rating. For more information, you can contact Tabby or Tamara.
17.11 The client must use the mobile number registered in Absher to complete the purchase using Tabby or Tamara.

17.12 The client must settle all outstanding payments with Tabby or Tamara.
17.13 The acceptance of the order depends on several factors including the type of products being purchased and the client’s previous payment history with Tabby or Tamara.
17.14 Clients in Saudi Arabia aged 18 or older are eligible to purchase using Tabby or Tamara.
17.15 MOJO BEAUTY SALON COMPANY reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or modify any of these terms and conditions at any time.
18. Rewards
– Mojo points are calculated according to the company’s internal policy and are collected from branch sales only.
– Mojo points are used and utilized at the time of payment through the branch only.
– The customer is not compensated for any balance that has been used or has expired.
– The company has the right to set a specific time period to retain the balance and is stated in the rewards policy.
– There is a minimum limit for using the balance and benefiting from discounts according to the Mojo points categories shown in the rewards policy.
– The balance is used for the agreed discounts on the services provided in the salon only and at their original price without discounts, packages or membership and does not include home services.
19.Warranty:
The responsibility for the warranty lies with the authorized product agent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, according to the agent’s warranty policy. MOJO Beauty Salon Company does not assume any liability for malfunctions in electrical devices or products covered by the warranty of the authorized agent.
20. Validity:
If it is proven that any of these terms of service do not comply with the law, become void, or invalid, the valid terms will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law. The terms that are no longer valid will be removed from the terms of use without affecting or compromising the validity of any other terms.
21. Regulating law:
All Terms of Service and any separate agreements related to providing services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the event of any dispute or disagreement, arbitration shall be resorted to, without affecting or prejudice the validity of any other terms.
22. Compensation for damages:
You agree to indemnify MOJO Beauty Salon Company and any of our Essential branches, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, or interns. And protect it from any lawsuits, including attorneys’ fees, or any claims by third parties based on your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or due to your violation of any laws or the rights of third parties.
23. Modification of Terms and Conditions:
MOJO Beauty Salon Company has the absolute right to modify the terms and conditions for the website at any time without notice or advanced warning. You can access the latest version of the terms and conditions at any time on the website. If you do not accept the modifications to the terms and conditions, you must discontinue the use of this service. If you continue to use this service, you implicitly agree to comply with the amended terms and conditions for using this website.
