كاسات الهواء – Cupping Massage

استخدام أكواب زجاجية ثم توضع على الجلد وتحدد أماكن وضعها وفق خطوط الطاقة، ويجب خلخلة الهواء داخل الكؤوس من خلال إشعال قطنة أو مادة معينة ووضعها داخل الكأس أو من خلال تقنية مرفقة في الكأس تمكن من تفريغ الهواء لسحب الجلد والأنسجة الكامنة في الكوب وبمجرد حدوث الشفط يتم تحريك الكؤوس برفق عبر الجلد.

Cupping massage are which are placed on the skin according to energy lines. Air is then removed from inside the cups by igniting a cotton ball or a specific material and placing it inside the cup, or by using a technique built into the cup that allows for air evacuation. This creates suction that pulls the skin and underlying tissues into the cup. Once suction is achieved, the cups are gently moved across the skin.
